My first wing was a Nova Philou (small hot pink). I've flown the Mamboo, Ibex (17), Ra (med).
Successes
Becoming a female tandem pilot (one of a handful in US); towing, coaching and driving (boat or truck) simultaneously; 3.5 hour tandem flight. However, the many competent, safe, awesome pilots I've instructed is what I'm the most proud of!
What does paragliding mean to you
Everything…living life to it’s fullest! Freedom; not holding back; living your dreams; sharing the magic through tandem flight and teaching. Flying taught me how to live life the way it is meant to be lived. Living and flying are now completely intertwined.
Targets for 2008
Start hiking & flying 14-ers in Colorado with my new IBEX. Break tandem distance record for Colorado. Increase personal best XC flight. Safe flights.
