(class 2 and below).
2007 - UK XC League. 16.th Overall and
best-placed class 2 glider.
2007 - Jake won the UK 54° North Cup – Highest Scoring Flight North of 54° Latitude. This is a cup that recognizes that the flying in the North of the UK is generally more difficult than in the South.
2007 - St. Andre British Open: Top placed class 2 glider. Reaching goal 5 days out of 5.
2007 - Jake flew his 5th 100km XC flight in the UK. All flown on class 2 gliders or below (4 on Nova wings), proving that sports class gliders really can perform at top end UK XC flying. |

| Targets for 2008 |
Do less competition flying (maybe do one comp) and concentrate on UK XC flying as well as hopefully more Tandem and more lightweight mountain flying in the Alps. Hoping to do a bit of Vol Bivouac flying. |
